Who we are

This site is operated by Consumer Quest LLC, doing business as Wraith Aerial, based in Sonoma County, California. Wraith Aerial is a trading name, not a separate company. You can reach us at hello@wraithaerial.com.

What we collect, and when

We collect information in one place only: the waitlist form on the home page. If you do not fill it in, we do not collect anything about you beyond the anonymous page counts described further down.

When you submit the waitlist form, we receive and store:

• your first name
• your email address
• the property type you selected
• whether you ticked the box asking for occasional email updates
• which form the submission came from, so we know where a request originated
• the IP address and browser user agent the submission arrived with

The IP address and user agent are kept for one reason: spam and abuse handling. The form also carries a hidden field that real people never see and never fill in. If it comes back filled, the submission is discarded as automated. That field exists so we do not need a third-party CAPTCHA service watching you.

Cookies, or the absence of them

This site sets no cookies. Not for analytics, not for advertising, not for anything else. If you set a preference in the consent banner, that choice is saved in your own browser's local storage and is never transmitted to us.

Analytics

We use Umami, an open-source analytics tool that we run on our own server rather than handing your visit to a third party. It is cookieless, it does not fingerprint you, and it cannot follow you to other websites. It tells us how many people viewed a page and roughly where in the world they were. It does not tell us who you are.

Who else touches your data

Waitlist submissions are stored on our own server, not in a third-party marketing platform. Two other companies are unavoidably involved:

• Resend delivers the confirmation email we send you, so it processes your email address.
• Cloudflare provides DNS and content delivery for this site, so it processes connection data such as your IP address in the ordinary course of serving pages.

We do not give your information to anyone else, and we do not use advertising networks or data brokers.

We do not sell your information

We have never sold or shared personal information for money or for advertising, and we have no plans to. There is a dedicated page about that, because California law expects one.

How long we keep it

Waitlist entries are kept until you ask us to remove them, or until the waitlist is retired and no longer needed. Ask and it goes, we do not require a reason.

Your choices

Email hello@wraithaerial.com and we will, on request: tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. Every email we send also carries an unsubscribe link. We aim to answer within 45 days, which is the window California law allows, and in practice it will be a great deal sooner.

A note about our flight work

This policy covers this website. It does not govern a drone flight. Wraith Aerial flies only with the authorization of the property owner or the event host, and what happens to imagery from a flight is set out in the written agreement for that engagement rather than here. If you are considering booking us and want to understand that before you do, ask and we will send you the terms in advance.

Children

This site is aimed at property owners and event hosts. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. We are pre-launch, so it is likely to grow as the service does.
