Privacy Policy
Effective
This policy explains what personal information Wraith Aerial LLC (“Wraith Aerial,” “we,” “us”) collects through wraithaerial.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. Wraith Aerial is a California limited liability company based in Santa Rosa, California. We are a home-based business and do not publish a street address; reach us at hello@wraithaerial.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you give us and the minimum technical data needed to run the site. There are two sources:
- The waitlist form. Your email address (required), and optionally your name and the property or event type you selected. When you submit the form we also record your email-consent choice, the page URL you submitted from, your IP address, your browser user-agent string, and the timestamp — that record is the proof of consent we are required to keep before emailing you.
- Analytics. We use Umami, a privacy-first analytics tool self-hosted on our own infrastructure. It is cookieless, sets no identifiers on your device, does not track you across sites, and reports only aggregate page views, referrers, and coarse country-level location. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, or any third-party tracking network.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. We do not collect payment information on this site.
Why we collect it
Waitlist information is used for one purpose: to contact you about Wraith Aerial’s launch and services in response to your request. Analytics data is used to understand which pages are read so we can improve them. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
Do we sell or share your information?
No. Wraith Aerial does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months. See our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
Who processes it on our behalf
We use a small number of service providers, each bound to use the data only to perform services for us:
- Resend — delivers the waitlist confirmation email and our notification email. Receives your email address and name.
- Willhite Strategy Group — builds and operates this website and hosts the Umami analytics instance and the waitlist database on our behalf.
- Cloudflare — DNS and edge protection for wraithaerial.com. Processes request metadata, including IP addresses, in transit.
We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of Wraith Aerial or others.
How long we keep it
Waitlist records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until the waitlist is retired after launch — whichever comes first. Consent records are kept as long as we hold the contact record, because they are the evidence that you opted in. Analytics data is aggregate and is not tied to you.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics are cookieless. If we
add any non-essential technology in the future, it will be gated behind a consent banner, and you
will be able to change your choices at any time using the
Cookie Preferences control in the footer of every page. We honor
the Global Privacy Control (Sec-GPC) signal; because we do not sell
or share personal information, there is nothing for that signal to opt you out of today.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to.
- Delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do neither, but the right stands.
- Non-discrimination — we will never give you worse service or pricing for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any right, email hello@wraithaerial.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will respond within 45 days. We will verify your request by replying to the email address on file; we do not ask for identity documents. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission from you.
Imagery captured during flights
This policy covers the website. Aerial imagery captured during a paid engagement is governed by the written authorization signed with the property owner before the flight. In short: imagery is delivered to the property owner, retained only as long as the owner specifies, never published, and never shared with third parties without written permission. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of the page. Material changes affecting the waitlist will be emailed to subscribers.
