Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Effective
Wraith Aerial LLC does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months, and we have no plans to start. There is no opt-out to submit, because there is nothing to opt out of — but the right is yours, and this page explains it.
What “sell” and “share” mean here
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, “sell” means disclosing personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration, and “share” means disclosing it for cross-context behavioral advertising — the practice of targeting ads to you based on your activity across other businesses’ sites. Wraith Aerial does neither. We run no advertising pixels, no ad-network tags, and no third-party trackers on wraithaerial.com.
What we do collect
Only what you hand us on the waitlist form — your email address, and optionally your name and the property or event type you selected — plus cookieless, aggregate analytics from our own self-hosted Umami instance. That data is used to contact you about the launch and to see which pages get read. Nothing more. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control signal (the Sec-GPC: 1 header
your browser or extension can send). Because we do not sell or share personal information, a GPC
signal changes nothing about how we handle your data — you are already opted out by default.
Exercising your other rights
California residents can also ask us to disclose, correct, or delete the personal information we hold. Email hello@wraithaerial.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and tell us which right you want to exercise. We respond within 45 days, we verify by replying to the email address on file, and we will never penalize you for asking. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission.
Cookie preferences
This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies today. If we ever add non-essential technology, it will be gated behind a consent banner and you can revisit your choices at any time with the Cookie Preferences control in the footer of every page.
