Why this page exists anyway

California's Consumer Privacy Act expects a business that sells or shares personal information to put a clearly labelled link in front of you. We do neither, so the honest thing is to say so on the page you were sent to, rather than route you through a form that opts you out of something that was never happening.

What we actually do with your data

If you join the waitlist we hold your first name, your email address, the property type you picked, and the IP address and browser the submission arrived with. It sits on our own server. We use it to email you about Wraith Aerial and nothing else.

We do not run advertising networks on this site, we do not use data brokers, and we set no cookies at all. The full detail is in the privacy policy.

Making a request

Email hello@wraithaerial.com. You can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting you. You do not have to explain why, and you will not be treated differently for asking.

We answer within 45 days, the window California law allows. Realistically it will be the same week. An authorized agent can make the request for you, and we may need to confirm with you that they are acting on your behalf.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, there is nothing for it to switch off here, because we are not selling or sharing anything. Should that ever change, we will honour the signal and this page will say so before it does.
